Imagine in the middle of the urban sprawl a beautifully landscaped and manicured Ranch in a park-like setting offering the best in care for the horse and rider.

Ranch owners, Jim and Carol Tice, continue to offer Yorba Linda and the surrounding communities the opportunity to return to the charm of rural Orange County.

When the Ranch gates opened, with one arena and just a few stalls placed around the then producing family run avocado orchard, the idea of an equine educational center was hatched.

Since 1972, Rocking T Ranch has featured a riding school for the first time riders, riders returning to the sport, or riders wishing to prepare for a special event. Rocking T Ranch’s barns offer boarding for horses in training, monitored foaling and lay-up stalls, medical out patient care and vacation stalls.

The Ranch also offers lighted arenas, turnout pens, wash stalls, grooming areas located by the tack rooms, a clean restroom with shower and safe fenced viewing areas. Half day horse camps, scout merit badges, school shows, city classes and privately scheduled group educational sessions are offered during the year by qualified Ranch staff.

Clinics with local, national and international instructors focusing on rider mind and body alignment are offered monthly and yearly along with clinics featuring alternative equine therapies. Emergency and scheduled equine transportation is a specialty. Rocking T Ranch offers the chance to involve yourself in the wonderful sport of horses without the initial need of horse ownership. The Ranch gates are always open to visitors.
